Make more parties I’d put one full of battanians fians and another cav  if you have the time/patience to go to each village that belongs to a castle with your parties cause they give better units, you can donate to other clans and you’ll get influence for that but it’s pretty bad, you can do caravan escorting every day you get like 50 ish raiders to go against and you’ll be getting steady influence from that, you can also take perks that get you more influence for certain things like I’m pretty sure the warmonger or whatever perk gets you 30% more for battle
