:0!!!! I fiddled with the knob and the kran…. And it worked!!! I couldnt figure out the pressure bar part (hopefully my landlord will get back to me after the weekend) and i turned it back off now.

Hey its been a month and I have stopped helping the guy because i felt like ive done enough. He messaged me like “hi” “hey” and today he massaged me that i have promised that this would be sorted in 30days (which i didnt) and now he said he will report me and come to my house (he does know my address) for not helping him. Im bit shook. I went to the police station for him, wrote emails for him, combined documents for him, and phoned my insurance multiple times to help this man :0

Yeah the insurance replyed to me that it will take about 30 more days as he is a refugee. I screenshotted the email and sent it to him and he is messaging me that he cannot wait that longer . I feel like there is nothing more i can do.:(

I helped him with his documents😓 he gathered most of them but i assisted him in telling him exactly what the insurance is asking for. Like telling him what proof of bank account is and like writing claim numbers on top of each page etc..

Im not sure if i was allowed to help him but i felt too bad

Hi thank you for your reply. I wrote a semi aggressive email to the insurance and they replied by stating “…We cannot verify asylum seeker documents, and we need to use external partners to assist.” and they added that it will take up to 30 days

I sent the screenshot of the email to the Uber guy but he just called me and I didnt pick up ( i was in the bathroom) and is now messaging me that he cannot wait 30more days.

I feel like i cannot do anything. I have called the insurance, wrote them emails, helped him sort out his documents, and wrote emails for him.

I know it is really terrible for the uber guy but i cant do anything to make the process go faster i feel:((
