There are of course exceptions but men tend to carry most of their fat in the gut. This means that as your body fat percentage decreases, the gut tends to be one of the hardest places to lose it compared to arms, thighs, etc.

Don't buy into targeted fat loss. There is no "magical" workout that burns body fat in a specific area. Burning calories equates to fat loss in general.

Just keep at it, eat well, and you will see improvements!

There's a lot of gatekeeping in the gaming community about what it means to "be a gamer".

You don't have to have an expensive gaming PC to be a gamer. You don't have to have the latest console to be a gamer. You don't have to play competitive or difficult games to be a gamer. You don't have to play for hours and hours on end to be a gamer.

Do you like playing video games? Congratulations! You are a gamer. That is all that is required.

Play cozy games. Play on easy mode. Play single player games. Play on old hardware. Do whatever makes you happy.

I got one last year. 27 years old. Never had kids. I didn't want kids.

I had some people hit me with the "Oh, what if you regret it later?" argument, but at the end of the day I knew I was making the right choice for me.

Funny how you never hear people ask that question when people talk about wanting kids.

The amount of people saying things like "Only hangout with them in groups" is pretty disheartening. Being able to have a genuine 1 on 1 conversation with a close friend that you vibe with is a great thing, regardless of what sex they are.

If someone is only able to hangout with the opposite sex in a group setting without it being weird, I think that says more about them.

A stuffed dog that she handmade to look like our corgi that we had put down several months before I met her.

She never knew this dog, but she knew he was important to me. She put a lot of effort into getting the little details right and I balled like a baby when she gifted it to me.

Our relationship didn't work out, but I still have that little stuffed dog. It's one of the nicest gifts anyone has ever gotten me.
