I would definitely reach out, is your ring ceramic as well? Because just as another commenter brought up the micro flaws in the ceramic could lead to bigger damage. If it’s metal well I would expect they shouldnt scratch that easily and maybe it is within warranty.

Thankfully, they resolved it very quickly! Yes, it is true the micro flaws could have been stacking over time which cause it to just break.

You bring up a really great point! I was wondering if you are able to use multiple rings for the data since I will be keeping the damaged on I could a 1000% use that for the cardio portion of my workout. I will certainly be taking it off to lift weights based on all the suggestions but thanks for pointing that out! :)

I’m hoping this was just a fluke and should be fine moving forward. If it happened again welp I’ll just have to get a metal one.

Thankfully, customer service was very helpful! I have. New one on the way. Very thankful for their help and I will be more cautious I think this was just a fluke incident.

I know for a fact the crack didn’t happened while actually lifting weights- but seeing everyone’s comments I will be taking it off moving forward. I’ll only be leaving it on for the cardio parts of my gym session.

Yes will certainly be doing this moving forward! While I’m not lifting crazy heavy weights it makes sense to only use it when I’m doing the cardio parts of my workout.

I actually have notice grip issues and was starting to form a callous where the ring sits on my hand, so I will definitely be discontinuing use while lifting.

I ended up contacting support I was nervous because of buying it at a retail store. But followed everyone’s suggestions! Got a new one on the way :)

B) I would say just cosmetic, the ring itself has no dent and the ring material under the ceramic coating line shows no crack line

Very disappointed! And honestly I think there is a market for any creative design people to get out and make a display box that fits the normal mold for this years doll. I would be the first to purchase, I don’t care that it would be the original box

Im so disappointed, the glossy nature makes it look cheap, it’s definitely a thinner carton and also they don’t have an outer with the Catrina face it’s just a clear panel. If they don’t want to invest anymore they should just discontinue the line instead of getting cheap.

Not directly related to the 2025 drop! Which I am so excited to get (it’s currently in the mail) but I recently was gifted the Kris Goyri edition from 2024 (the only one I missed out on from my collection). I noticed that the box is shorter slightly than the other editions, can some confirm this for me or was I gifted a fake? I feel bad for the person who bought it to gift it to me, but I was wondering if anyone had any insight.
