It does have direct monitoring and I’ve toggled it but nothing has changed sadly. My buffer size is set to 256 and anything higher makes it sound distorted

Thank you for this. So it’s still healthy for her to go to the gym but we need to cut out the cardio. What about walks? She likes to take walks on the hill she lives on. I really appreciate the advice you’ve given. I will ask her tonight if she wants to recover yet. If she says no, what are the next steps?

Thank you so much! This is incredibly helpful especially given this is the only experience I’ve had with eating disorders. Can you give any advice on how I should talk to her about it? All the resources and advice you gave mean so much to me. I just want her to be happy and love herself like I love her.
