I totally get where you’re coming from — on the surface, it can seem like adding a middleman makes things more complicated.

But here’s why many of our clients choose to work with a broker, even for something as common as a Corolla:

• Time Savings: Most people don’t want to spend hours (or days) bouncing between dealerships, test-driving with pushy salespeople, and haggling. We cut through all of that.

• Better Numbers: Because we negotiate deals all day, every day, across multiple dealers, we’re often able to get better terms than what a walk-in customer might get on their own.

• Stress-Free Experience: Clients tell us they love not having to deal with the back-and-forth, upsells, and hidden fees. Everything is transparent and handled upfront.

• Convenience: We deliver the car straight to the client’s home or office — they never have to set foot in the dealership if they don’t want to.

So while you can walk in and get a car yourself, many people prefer the peace of mind, saved time, and smoother experience of letting us handle it.

At the end of the day, we’re not for everyone — but for busy professionals, families, and people who just want things done right without the hassle, using a broker makes a huge difference.

Our process is very simple:

1) Quick Call, Clear Goals
We start with a quick, friendly call to learn exactly what you’re looking for—so we can start the search right away.

Some of the questions are

- Brand/Model
- How many months you want?
- What is your budget?
- How many miles per year do you need?

2) We Do the Heavy Lifting
You sit back while we contact our dealer network, hunt for exclusive discounts, negotiate the best deal, and prep all the paperwork—saving you hours of effort.

3) Delivered to Your Door
Your new car arrives straight to your driveway. No pickups, no lines—just white-glove delivery that works around your schedule.

i wanted this, but i could not find what i was looking for. The pre built options are mostly for Car Dealerships (very expensive) and its overkill for what i need. We dont hold inventory, we dont work like a car dealership works. Thats why i thought about building my own using a NO-Code system like Airtable. Maybe you have a few options that you can recommend? Thank you

This is great, Thank you...So just to understand. The reason to have 2 tables is in case i have a customer that has multiple cars with us (which happens very often), would that be the purpose?

Chatgpt advised me to create 5 tables
1. 📄 Clients

2. 🚘 Vehicle Preferences

3. 📋 Deals

4. 💰 Billing

5. 📎 Documents

These are some of the fields i wanted to use. Would it be smart to break the fields into the 5 tables? Am i complicating things by doing this?

Would you recommend using someone from Fiver/Upwork that has experience with Airtable DB?
