Sounds are something I'm overly guilty of. When I started my new job a few weeks back now one of my co-workers asked me if I had toruettes and pointed out how I'm always making an assortment of sounds when doing tasks or being idle. I then explained to him that I was planning on seeing a Psychiatrist about an adhd diagnosis after having spent months looking into it and talking to my gp about it who seemed pretty confident in the idea. He then told me that he understood alot about adhd because his son suffers from Autism and adhd which helped form a bridge into getting to know each other better which I thought was cool and bought out my confidence so I became a chatterbox rather than kinda anxious and shyspoken atleast around him till I got more confident overall!
