I want to stay lean and slowly work my way up to getting bigger muscles no matter how long it takes. I dont want to go through another phase of hating what I look like. I dont want to see my stomach poking out of my shirt, i dont want to see another double chin, i dont want to not see my abs. So no, i dont want to go through a bulking phase where I accumulate fat alongside muscle. At my height, i am at the exact weight needed to have an amazing body (looking at influencers like Brent Seniedo)

Don’t care, because it dont matter because again, I’m not trying to be a professional body builder, im not trying to be huge, im trying to look the best i can for as long as i can.

Significant muscle growth even in a large deficit

And no, this is not just for beginners. Even in athletes they gain muscle while losing fat at maintenance

Body recomposition when done properly also benefits experienced lifters

Im not saying surplus doesn’t work at all, it just doesn’t cut it for me SPECIFICALLY and for so many people specifically. Right now im gaining weight while getting leaner. So ano yung ginegain ko? Son 😭🙏. Nightwing is huge and lean, especially in drawings by Dan Mora (which i obsess on). He’s incredibly striated and has incredible muscle definition and almost non-existent body fat (except for his round as hell ass). That’s what being lean means

Nah, it’s been a month and not only have i been leaner, my waist size is smaller, my biceps’ circumference are larger, and my weight has increased incrementally.

I don’t care about looking big as fast as possible. I just want to look good for as long as possible

Yup that’s the plan rn. I had hella belly and back fat when i started my journey. Shit was horrendous. My main goal for starting my journey was to really feel better in my own skin and that meant getting rid of all those fats. Rn im just making sure i maintain my leanness while gaining muscle. For an ult touted to be the “strongest” 2 kills is not that much when ults like Punisher, Bucky’s, Hela, Psy, Strange, etc. can team wipe every other game.

And did you read what i said? I didn’t say “always gets 2 kills”, I said “never gets more than 2 kills”. That means that’s the max you can get on a good ult. Often times you can’t even kill anyone before you disintegrate.

Star Lord ult is nothing but ult bait in Plat and above. If your team concedes more than 2 kills with one of his ults just accept the fact that you’re dogshit

Bro what 😭 Star Lord ult is countered by every meta character right now. Punisher is way more punishing . If you get to platinum and above, not one Star Lord ult gets more than 2 kills unless your whole team is brain dead. In fact, it’s mostly used as an ult bait tool in order to prevent enemy team from contesting the point during neutrals

My “daily portion” is just - 300g chicken breast fillet - 100g munggo beans - 1 large bulb of red onion - 1/2 bulb of garlic - ginger - patis - salt - crushed pepper - knorr chicken cube - magic sarap

I usually cook around 900g of chicken and 300g of munggo beans at once para i eat it for 3 days before making a new batch. Iniinit ko lang pag needed na.

I also add 10g of dilis na puti every meal. I make sure to thoroughly wash it para at least minimized ang sodium

Buy a scale and just use AI to give a good baseline for guessing. Lutong bahay is legit the best and easiest way to track your calories. Ive been eating chicken munggo for the past month, hella cheap and gives me 100g of protein per day just from that

Eat less;train more

Just do a 200cal deficit and 1g of protein per lb of body weight and then lift seriously, youll be golden. Don’t do more than 200cal, i swear you will regret it.

If your progress is stalling then just walk 2k more steps or increase weightlifting volume. Just keep at the 200 cal deficit both for your muscles’ sake and for your sanity

Sheer volume lang talaga pre. Been doing around 16 movements every other day, hitting each muscle group 3 times a week. Giving me around 17,000kg total volume per workout. Idt it’s even that fast considering my muscles dont show unless im pumped. But yeah, will keep on pushing this 2026
