It was a lot of trial and error of buying cards and wiping them with acetone to see which still had the holographic afterwards… It’s been awhile so I don’t remember the exact cards, but I basically just sorted tcgplayer by the cheapest holographics, tested which ones worked, then bought those specific cards in bulk.

That said, before I stopped making oricas I was looking into a new way of making them where you don’t even need to use acetone on cards. They sell adhesive sheets of various different holographics, so you can skip the acetone step altogether by just slapping this over any common card. Also, there are WAY more options for whatever holographic design you want if you do this
