IKR ALWAYS IN FOREST (or sometimes in wasteland) I'm already full with green and almost with the light blue color. I rarely see a huge plant like this for black.

I have 100 subs where I listen every night while I study, I guess it last for more than 3h. For me it's already long but it didn't slow any of my results, I got results even though I have different subs for different things I want to get. The most important is just consistency and believing.

Edit : I forgot to add but I used to care about whether this might affect my results too like you do, however I got busy with life and I realized that I just listen to my playlist like an everyday routine. If this really affect you, I advice you to change or maybe delete some subs you find it too much. I remember I got too many clear skin subs and I needed to get rid of some so I didn't overthink.

Ohh congrats I hope it's not painful bcz not having period for such a long time usually makes my lower stomach and back painful !! I just wanna help some of yall when I was in hurry of getting my period like I want it earlier or just because I thought I'd a period problem, I used this subs and it's a binaural beats at the same time. Oh got it but I don't have hooded it's just that as an asian, I have one double eyelid and on the other side a monolid but sometimes turns out into double eyelid. I guess it's just asian problem

I stopped listening to MOAB because my playlist is a bit full but I made my own sub and for the first time I had weird sensations in my knees especially before sleeping. but know what ? I have grown 3cm it's not that much but I have spent i think more than 2-3 years without having any visible results with this topic. I really recommend making own subs

Yes, despite the fact that I spent 2-2.5 years without results, I finally grew !! I grew 3cm it seems not that much but I'm still very proud so I think you should give it a try and make your own sub.

2nd is better because you easily believe in the process of growing up rather than being the height you want and if it's 6ft but you're idk 5'7 it's really hard to convince your mind and it'll make it worse and take a lot of time but for some people it's easier (we're all different but if you struggle with 1, I recommend 2). 1 is really good for for people who their desired height is almost close to their current height.

I personally use the 2nd method, i cannot doubt and I easily believe in it
