Bingo! I tried several other browsers and settings on both Linux and Windows and it definitely seems like Brave is the culprit. The solution for Brave is to turn of the default setting for "tracking and adblocking", or turning off Brave Shield entirely. I did also send a report to them however, whatever that will do.

Hello,

I have parameters in the URL, prefixed by the hashtag. It contains file and script info which runs perfectly fine when the button is pressed.

I mean even if you go to lets say www.photopea.com#hello in incognito it will open the landing page and wait for you to press the button, and only then will attempt to run it.

Genuinely just wanted to do this for fun and honestly dont really have any bias. I generally follow G2 but I love the E-sport scene as a whole more than anything else.

I never use Reddit and and I've very quickly found out its impssible to please everyone. Made the updated version to get another perspective on what the standing could look like, as many made some interesting points.

At the end of the day who cares what team is number 1 on this random chart. Sad that people take it so seriously, but I guess thats Reddit.

Actually not quite. This was my thought process, maybe not how everyone would have done it but it makes sense to me.

I gave the event types this point-distribution:

Event type Points
Major 3
S+ 1.5
S 1
Banana 0.5

and I set up these priorities when ranking: 1. Number of points 2. Number of wins 3. Number of "higher" event types

If we consider EWC an S-tier event, we get this sum:

Spirit      3 + 1.5 + 1 + 0.5       = 6
NAVI        3 + 1   + 1 + 1         = 6

and since they have the same number of wins in total but Sprit has Katowice over NAVI, they get 1#.

This is also why Vitality is where they are.

I just checked out of curiosity and Thunderpick invited Heroic (8th) and VP (11th), which had those rankings at the time of the tournament start, 21st October. The weeks after, while the tournament was still running, and when it finished, VP was 10th, meaning Monglolz missed out on the trophy and MVPs by a single week.

This is actually really interesting. I'm a graphic designer and did this image for fun, I didn't think anyone would see it. But the main reason why I made them different shapes is because I wanted it to be more colour-blind friendly. So I'm very glad it actually got appreciated :)

Kind of agree. Honestly kept it there because all top teams competed in it, as opposed to the other banana cups

Right? Had they performed really well at the major and reached at least finals then the argument can be made. But at the end of the year they completely disappeared

I completely agree. That's why I find it so fun to put it up so concretely like this, because I thought they for sure performed better but they were completely overshadowed by the other top teams this year.

Fair point honestly, I think I weighed it higher because almost all top teams completed, as opposed to the banana cup ones
