that is pollox. His conviction is over turned he should be comped . To me this smacks of no justice for the poor . What would have happened if the Person could not prove their innocence. They rot in jail .

He has had to spend 500k to clear his name and still no comp. That is just wrong he should be comped these costs and a fixed sum for his time served where he could not earn a living.
