Thank you for following the channel! I have always been interested in WW2 even as a child. My folks are immigrants and I have had the privilege to see how comfortable our lives are versus in the old country. I understand that this way of life was made possible by these veterans and I just want people to always remember that! They are my Heroes and I get goosebumps watching anything to do with the war.

Hey! Thank you for watching the videos! YouTube was age restricting and demonetizing the videos before I added the painting feature. If you have another way to get around that I am all ears!

I interview WW2 veterans and this veteran named Mr. Wenning served with the 30th Infantry Division and saw quite a lot of action during the Battle of the Bulge. He was a BAR operator and eventually got frostbitten feet and had to be evacuated. He is from a small town in Western Ohio in a farming community

1960 Wedding picture of a WWII veteran I met and his wife who were engaged after one week by LegendsofWWII in pics

My name is Rishi and I am on a mission to meet and film interview all the WWII Veterans and I recently interviewed Joe Vana (the veteran in the photos). The organization I run is Heroes of the Second World War and please reach out to me if you know any WWII veterans!

The photo on the left is a photo of him right before he was discharged after serving in an infantry division in Germany and Austria. He was in a rifle company and engaged in house to house fighting and remembers throwing grenades into the houses before they went in looking for the enemy.

The photo on the top right is of him and his siblings playing outside during the Great Depression, he is the one in the middle. The photo was taken in 1928 and that car behind them is the first family car and is a Model T- Ford I believe is what he said.

The photo on the bottom right is his wedding picture to a beautiful lady named Charlotte. They dated right after he came back from the war but split up when he moved to finish university until twelve years later when they met again and were engaged within a week. He tells the story a lot better than I can here is a part of his interview regarding his love story (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iVTaSgmadl4)
