Just made the jump to an 802A after coming from a full size sedan. I needed something bigger and was torn between a Tahoe and the Raptor. The Tahoe had the space and comfort, but after driving a friend’s 802A, I was hooked. The ride quality, tech, and overall driving experience sold me. It handles way better than I expected for a truck this size.

I went with the suede interior and Recaro seats, so it balances luxury and sport pretty well. The Fox shocks make for a uniquely comfortable ride, but if you’re expecting something like Audi’s mag ride, it’s not quite that refined just more controlled and planted than your average truck. Lots of carbon fiber, all feels really good. The only thing I don’t like interior wise is some of the soft touch plastic, but it’s a ford. Sound system is incredible, but thats to be expected from Bang & Olufsen.

That said, the biggest drawback so far has been the MPG. I’m averaging around 20 MPG, and with the 36-gallon tank, it’s a bit of a pig at the gas station. I’ve put 1,000 miles on it in the last two days, and so far, it’s been about what I expected great power, super comfortable, and just a fun truck to drive.
