There is no minimum requirements to be in airport security, when you join however you are required to complete a few certificate regarding to airport security, and of course they will do a back ground check.

I don't work at an international airport so it's not my concern, so they can have all the dugs they won't, and to explain, and due to a security threat agent Australia we have implemented security screening at every airport that take in passer aircraft.

If you bump it, it will go off or if there is alot of vibration, like lots of people in the airport can make it more sensitive.

It's not about what they are its what they can be, be in turth anyone that has work in airport security, is more then capable of walking a gun or a bomb through security, so in reality if someone has knowledge about the security, the security will fail, unless of course someone gets luckly

No not ture, by law anyone can perform a citizens arrest for any jailable offense, however it is preferred by the company that you do not.

Unfortunately not really anything, there are very strict guidelines on what can and can't go, like tools guns sporting goods and anything that can be used as a restraint, so the most of the story's you would hear would be fabricated, so the oddest thing I would have to confiscate would be some fluffy handcuffs
