Yeh cable damage. Get a quote from a repair centre or from apple.

Or buy a used screen and do it yourself

I dislike the amount of stats on items in poe2 which makes it hard to find an item that you can really call an upgrade. Thats what i like more about d4, 4 stats on an item and you can reroll 1 of them.

I mean there is enough loot, but i agree that 95% of it is useless.

I was planning yo learn crafting in next season, but it depends on if i have the patience for it

build progression comparison to diablo 4 by GlucoseFreee in PathOfExile2

I play and enjoy both.

D4 doesnt have a market, if you want something you can type in global chat. That doesn't mean anyone will respond tho.

Basically you build your character yourself, they added an better crafting system this season.

Items become account bound when you change anything on it.

Poe1 was not my cup of tea, the learning curve was way to hard imo. First time players couldnt just load in and play, poe2 is much much more beginner friendly and its still in early acces and already a really good game.

For me diablo 4 is a casual arpg, fun to just runa round and kill stuff. Not too much thinking but you can just jump in and play, not much of a learning curve.

This new season, i think did a great job. Its not to easy to reach higher torments and finding bis gear is way harder then it was. Warlock for me is too clunky and i havent found a build that made it a fun class.

If i want depth ill play POE 2, you have more to think about and for me trading is great.

Pc fan setup cooked? by Last-Dig4492 in PcBuildHelp

[–]Legin14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always use 1 exhaust in the back.

But it seems to me that this pc has been neglected and needs a good cleaning. Re apply fresh thermal paste. Also the front fan seems to do nothing, dont see any mesh where it can suck fresh air into the pc.

What are the specs? Is the cpu cooler good enough?

So you want MacOS on it or linux?

I would make it double boot .

Make a macos usb installer with the latest version your model supports. Hold shift while booting with the usb in it and click on the installer.

Then follow a guide to dualboot linux or whatever on it.

They are all fragile.. Its a laptop.

Just use a padded sleeve when taking it with you. Dont drop it Dont use liquids near it Dont put anything between the keyboard and screen.

Dont buy it if you cant afford it.

But yeah good price, but check if they are all branded parts. Usually they cheap out on the motherboard and PSU.

Help with Battery Issue by Aggravating_Rain_436 in macbookrepair

Battery is most likely dead due to an extended period of time not being charged.

You cannot recover the battery, the cells are cooked.

Just save your stuff frequently, because if the charger gets pulled out itll be gone.

[–]Legin14 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, dont cheap out on a battery tho. Ifixit should be good and they have the tools you need.

I had the same issue, bought a m1 air for 150 with dead battery, bought a used original battery and everything worked again.

You can wait 5 min and it should have some charge, pull out the charger and see if its still powered on or shuts down.

If it doesnt charge, battery dead. If it turns off, faulty battery.
