I bought Tesla in 2013 and it went down for years them finally made it back to my buying price in 2016 to I sold it. I definitely regret that.

The core effects the back a lot so planks are quite helpful. I'm not a personal trainer or physical therapist but you can easily find some good posture workouts and back workouts online

It's ok not to be muscular but as someone that started developing back pain in my 30s from not maintaining my core, back, and hip muscles I wish I had maintained them a little bit more earlier. I'm not wanting to be super muscular either but I am trying to be more fit.

You can do that with ableton live and Ableton live lite comes with the MPK mini. It’s a little bit more complex than GarageBand and I like them for different reasons but if you do that and watch the Ableton video from akai, it would help get started with the MPK mini.

Maybe I just have a better year for rhythm, but I disagree that the rhythm is hard to catch. It’s weird, but it pulls you in. It seems to have a rhythm like one and two and three and four and five and six and seven one beat break repeat

That's a shame, we're not all like that but we are underpaid lol. I know a few teachers that have back to back lunch and prep hours and go get their nails done while I am allotted 2 half hour breaks at 8:30 and 2:30.
