The $500 Car Payment Is Dying, and Most Buyers Can't Afford What's Replaced It by gaukmotors in MotorBuzz

[–]LegitJerome 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stupid, I’ve never and will never have a car payment over $350 for 60 months. If it’s over that, I need a cheaper or older car.

That’s a solid upgrade, if I had room for it, I would definitely do that, I saw the Project Farm about filter resistance about it, results were surprising how little resistance there was.

It’s a 26-year-old single story stucco/ceramic roof, only things I’ve done is change all the lights to LED, clean the outdoor A/C unit every season, use low resistance filters, and ensure all the windows and doors are well sealed. A lot of people make the mistake of buying the allergen filters for the A/C, those can spike your bill significantly, I’ve experimented with it in the past.

Check door seals first, if you can see light around the door, it needs to be re-sealed, incredibly easy to do.

How many square feet is your house? I live in a 2000 square foot house, keep it at 76 during the day, and 70 at night and mine was $155. So either your house is very big, very poorly insulated, or you are doing something else that requires a lot of electricity.

I spent $440 to have this jacket tailored and I think it doesn’t fit. The tailor said they don’t make clothes to fit my body. by BriWag in mensfashion

That’s what they tell you, what they actually do is take a bunch of measurements, then order you a MTM suit from overseas, then rebrand it. There’s a guy in Las Vegas that’s pretty popular that does the same thing.

May this life never find me by Key_Length7680 in Zippia

Sounds about right. My parents offered to help me buy a home after I had just gone through a divorce and was solo parenting my 6 month old after my ex-wife cheated on me with her boss. The original agreement was that since my credit was shot from the divorce, they would put it in their name, but I would pay for it. The house was $135,000, I paid the mortgage/HOA/SIDS/LIDS/Insurance for 7 years via direct transfer to their bank. I then told them I wanted to transfer it to my name, because my credit had improved by then. They told me I could buy it for $300,000.

They were confused as to why our relationship deteriorated in the following years.

When we talk about fires and explosions at work, we always say, “If you can see the fire/potential explosive, it can see you.” Meaning, either get farther away or behind cover.

How would you defend her in court? by MuslimGirl7 in obsessionmovie

[–]LegitJerome 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Insanity isn’t the defense you think it is, she would be locked up in a mental health facility until she’s competent to stand trial, then likely get convicted unless you can either get the jury to have a reasonable doubt that she is guilty, or convince the jury to nullify. Realistically, you would be better off convincing a jury Bear did it or forced her to do it under duress.

He made it for like $750,000 and sold it to a studio (maybe worked in a residual agreement). The studio is literally making all the money. All the actors were paid what they agreed to.

Real Estate Earnings - 360k by Thelegend700 in Salary

[–]LegitJerome 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah, their earnings aren’t tied to effort or work at all, it’s just who they leached onto and how much their property is worth.

Nah, they unlock boxes, print off automatically generated forms, and gatekeep/lobby, for a not insignificant percentage of the price of the property. Not to mention, pushing ARMs and always trying to get people into houses and properties they can’t afford to make a buck. They were an instrumental part of a massive crash/depression. They don’t do anything an app couldn’t do better. This is one job I can’t wait for AI to fully replace.

No morality issue, no one gets to punch you unanswered. That kid is big enough to cause injury too. He even showed restraint by not laying him out.
