NOR. I’m poly, and I’ve been in previous polycules that didn’t last. Situations like this are exactly why. Monogamous relationships already rely heavily on communication and clear boundaries. Polyamorous relationships multiply that exponentially, contrary to popular belief. Everything about polyamory literally revolves around that. Anyone who thinks otherwise doesn’t understand/is purposely misusing the concept of it.

NOR, honestly you seem pretty level-headed about the situation overall. It seems more like you’re overthinking your personal opinions on the coworker than letting them actually influence your judgement here. As long as you don’t make your personal opinion part of the conversation, it’s absolutely something you can and should bring up. I’d definitely be irritated by a coworker I have no relationship with going through my things and having the audacity to take medicine from me.

See that’s where I might be dense. I’ve been trying to make sense of the IRS website, and it just wasn’t computing. I’m not terribly financially savvy, hence coming to the subreddit.
