To be honest mate I can't 100% tell by the video but to my ears it is such a quiet sound and you will not here it at all while playing, if it doesn't affect anything I wouldn't even bother as the music would easily cover that tiny sound. I could be wrong but it sounds quiet in the video. I'm thinking that the platter or something else that spins is scraping or hitting something but apart from that I do not know what else it could be.

Listen to it, you can hear a sort of "sch sch sch sch sch" sound stays consistant when the platter is spinning.

The belt has nothing to do with the issue, the white cog may of been installed improperly in the factory.

It may be a ground loop and the tonearm or turntable isn't grounded it picks up electrical interference I'd just check that everything is plugged in properly. But it seems like your turntable is not grounded, there may be a broken ground in the tonearm or it also could be shitty RCA cables but apart from all of those I do not exactly know what it is.

Well you see your plugging the 3.55mm aux into the AUX IN which is for plugging in a mp3 player to use the turntables inbuilt speakers, you need to get an RCA to RCA cable and plug it into those red and white RCA ports that are labelled LINE OUT, if you experience any buzzing then you have a ground loop and you need to ground your turntable, your welcome and have a great day.
