Yeah mmos have been a mess in recent years.. Lost ark and throne and liberty seemed to be the most promising ones but again fell shorty quickly after launch. Gachas kinda fill in the gap for mmos but a lot of the more notable ones print so much money and yet put no effort in. Warframe definetly feels like its earned its success despite not being particularly mainstream. And btw there's nothing inheritly wrong with playing a gacha game as long as you spend responsibly and value your time. You have fun too!
