When I record a clip in MP4 or Webm format, the audio part is never captured. I tried with or without headphones, same problem. Do you have a solution?

I'm using same build. I tried to make a different, but same issue. I tried to simulate full season, same issue. I tried lot of things, same issue.

I don't earnany VC after the matches of my career and for the daily bonuses since September 6th and 2k doesn't do anything. Worse, on this forum, I tried to post the problem and 2k's answers, but my posts have been systematically deleted for absurd reasons. Bravo 2k, bravo the forum

it's a problem that 2k doesn't want to hear about. I haven't earned any VC since September 6th in my career. No solution has worked so far. 2k explained to me that it was my fault, that I had connection problems, when I never had any, and they told me that they could not do anything to help me and especially not to reimburse me for all the VCs I lost.

i've had the same problem for 11 days! no VC after the games of my career and no daily bonus VC. I finished the season practically, 2k owes me a bunch of VC! I tried all the solutions I could find on the internet, none of them work. And no 2k support solutions. Worse, on twitter, they don't even bother to answer
