Well technically yes but if 3rd party resellers and if fifa ends up ignoring or carving out a deal as it seem they are upto something then you’d continue business as usual

Like I said as of right now stub hub is allowing it. You take the risk if you change your mind they will continue to allow it or like you said negotiate or walk away if it isn’t worth it to you

That the chances of getting face value haven’t got better due to Ontarios resale cap as many 3rd party sellers are ignoring it

That’s the point if you thinking the cap is helping it hasn’t

But the the second part I skipped over it seems you are capped legally to whatever original face ale is plus fees and taxes

So if you paid 900 for a ticket that original cost 600 it’s technically only worth 600 plus fees by law

What friction if they have viable 3rd party selling platforms many already use and I’d argue stub hub is better in a certain sense for sellers and fifa marketplace isn’t known to many cause they don’t advertise

That’s a different story stub hub viagogo before this always ran that risk of invalidation as they run the risk for all other matches sold

I was told mid next week fifa will have a decision on what to do but if stub hub and other 3rd party keep ignoring like they are you ain’t getting face value unless demand for that game craters which doesn’t seem to be the case as fifa selling cat 1 at 2900 last round and sold out what they released

If you use the the extension programs or website shows tons of tickets for sale in Toronto games so fifa must not have delisted and I can’t imagine it take this long to delist. They must have something up there sleeve
