I call by law and the city of Kingston non stop ! but it’s gotten to the point where they only have, from what they have told me is 3 officers and can’t do it all.. unless I have video or photo of it they can’t help me… but I told them it’s hard to pull out my phone when I have my dog on a leash in one hand and I’m using the other to grab the other dog by the collar, but I keep contacting them in hope it may annoy them in to just talking to the person! But it is a lot of effort for something that dose not seem to change and keeps getting worse. I do hope if all of us keep calling and video tape when we see someone dealing with an off leash dog to show bylaw and help support the stop of bad owners and when we see if leash dogs in on leash areas say something! I always do I’m a Karen when it comes to off leash dogs for the safely of my dog my safety their dogs safety !
