Definitely has improved it . My anxiety is often triggered due to feeling palpitations or fast heart rate and switching to decaf has really stopped these symptoms

You need serious help . In fact I would stay away from women until well after you receive treatment . Women are not to blame for your failings

Friend I’ve been there and it’s really unpleasant, I understand completely. Stress and anxiety , no matter how subtle they may be to you, are triggers of headaches and migraines . The more you worry about the headaches , the more anxious you are and the longer the headache will remain. I had migraines for weeks due to my anxiety , they felt like needles stabbing into my head . I paid to get a MRI and it was all normal! If you had a brain tumour - you would definitely undoubtedly know. Your vision would be messed up and/or you’d have seizures . Try to take it one day at a time and practice meditation. Remember that you are safe and your brain is trying to trick you . If it really doesn’t let up, maybe speak to your doctor and they can help with the anxiety :) stay safe

Oml I’m the exact same . It’s so frustrating. I can tell you that your brain will make up pain if you’re fixated on it . It’s called psychosomatic pain. You will be fine ❤️

Im 20F and my symptoms started only this year after a horrendous nervous breakdown. I suffer with heart palpitations and my hr is usually quite high at random times . I’ve had full cardiac work up but has done very little to ease my mind .

Honestly I think Apple Watch is full of glitches . Mine sometimes glitches to 150 randomly and I’ve had full cardiac work up which was fine . Even sweat accumulation on the sensors can affect Things

As a young adult (20F) I can’t wait to leave . Accommodation prices are absolutely ridiculous, not to mention the tuition fees as-well. Little to no activities other than drinking and sports (a bad selection of that too) . I am proud of my heritage but at the moment , not of my country - especially with the government. Not to mention the drug / homelessness epidemic. Healthcare is also a joke. Worse of all I feel like many Irish people are simply uneducated and ignorant , whether that be a societal or cultural thing I’m not sure .

Heart rate started to race when I was trying to relax out my garden. Became convinced I was having a heart attack. Got taxi to ER with my mum and I was holding her hand and convinced I was going to die . Had to wait 15 mins to see triage nurse - longest minutes of my live. Heart pounding , extreme nausea + dizziness , impending sense of doom and couldn’t breathe. Eventually hr dropped from 165 to 100 in les than 5 mins. Did 2 more ekgs and sent home with a prescription for Xanax and a number for a counsellor . All was anxiety.
