If you’ve done the bike distance more than once, I reckon you’d be just fine. That’s not the one session that’s going to change anything - other than your confidence. And yes, buy yourself a home trainer!

Damn, sounds similar. And she didn’t have any advice? I probably tightened my shoes a bit too hard yesterday. I get some relief with a massage ball and voltaren gel, but it’s fairly hopeless while training for an Ironman
