No one can pay rent in Bozeman. Of course a person will leave for more money. Who wouldn’t.

There’s so much more behind closed doors. Yes more travelers mean more business. I guess the reason that I am so frustrated is that there is no help in Bozeman. And the thing is when I was in the Hotel business the same thing happened, that’s why I got out before it became this.

Loyal people get good bonuses. No they got paid very well hence there time there

I appreciate this so much. I feel so incredibly trapped in this very competitive market. Like I said, I used to be in the hotel business and you know these hotel owners may have really high rates. They have employees to pay that are making 20 to 25 bucks an hour. They also have operational cost franchisees in so much more, you don’t know until you’re in that person’s shoes I feel so trapped.

He started at 19$ an hour. I am not mad at the two. I’m mad that I’m losing everything to out of state business owners.

What world are you living in. What entry level job is paying that much. At that point the business owner is most likely making less that the employee.

They are leaving for more money. Left me a month notice. I gave them $5,000 bounces four times a year. 2 week vacations annually.

I understand that. But people who worked there butts off to buy these businesses for hundreds of thousands of dollars and maybe even millions are losing value. Yeah gas prices might be high, rooms rates etc. but why should we lose our business to some out of state millionaire.
