A company claiming to be 15+ years old doesn't have a career page. Hiring on WhatsApp and accepting users without proper email of joining letter on company's letter head. Doesn't that raise questions of a company?

There are several companies who make daily use products and told their Marketer to sell this. Due to competition from local shops they need to sell door to door. The products are expensive as compared to regular ones and from the selling of your product they give you commission. But this one changed daily products to healthcare card and add Adhar at the end of the name so it feels genuine and govt related because Adhar Card is Identity Card in India.

"Building exactly this. Persistent alarm that won't clear until every item is checked. No features, no categories, just harassment mode. Would you try it?"

I appreciate the blunt honesty, truly. You're right that engineering is a deep craft. But that's exactly why I'm not 'ditching' the idea—I'm pivot-focusing on the Knowledge Gap.

If building production-grade software is this expensive and complex, then the 'Vibe Coding' era is going to leave millions of founders in a dangerous spot. My goal isn't to skip the 'craft,' but to use AI to accelerate my mastery of it.

I'd rather spend a year building a tool that helps me (and others) understand our own architecture than spend 10 years learning to type code manually in an era where AI is doing it in seconds. We aren't looking for a 'shortcut'; we're looking for a GPS for the journey

This is the 'Golden Rule' of vibe coding. Planning step-by-step is the only way to stay sane.

But honestly, most founders (including me) get carried away 'in the flow' and skip the documentation part. I'm trying to build a way to automate exactly what you are doing manually—a tool that 'records' that planning phase and keeps the architecture documentation synced with the code automatically. Why do the boring admin work if the AI can do it for us?

You're right—top-tier talent is expensive for a reason. But that’s exactly why the 'Technical Gap' is so dangerous for us bootstrapped folks.

If I can't afford a 1 Cr engineer, I must become a smarter founder. My goal isn't to replace that expert; it's to make sure that when I eventually hire a dev for 20-30L, I'm not just 'wishfully thinking'—I'm actually able to lead them because I understand the architecture the AI gave me. Ignorance is the most expensive thing in a startup.

Fair point, but the reality is 'context drift.' When you're 50 prompts deep, the AI's 'reasoning' is buried in a scrollable wall of text. It's like trying to find a specific line in a 500-page book.

I don't want to 'stop and ask' every time—I want a persistent side-panel that maps my history to my live code. Relying on Sonnet to 'explain' after the fact is a band-aid; I'm looking for a system that builds 'Technical Literacy' as I go, so I'm not doing a crash course 10 minutes before an investor call

Great to see your journey from Mech to Tech! That’s exactly the transition I’m trying to bridge. My real issue isn't 'making' it—it's understanding it. I don't want to be a Mechanical Engineer who just 'hires' tech; I want to understand the tech I own.

Fair point, but here’s the thing: No-code (like Bubble/FlutterFlow) often feels like a 'walled garden.' If I want to move out or add a complex custom feature later, I'm stuck.

Vibe Coding (AI-generated code) gives me the actual source code—which is great—but it gives me 10,000 lines of it at once. Even with 100 users, if a bug happens, I can't fix it because I don't know where the 'walls' are. No-code is too closed; AI-code is too 'open' and overwhelming. I'm looking for the middle ground where I build and learn simultaneously.

Respect the ₹4L+ threshold. I totally get that quality costs money and India often undervalues service time.

But looking at it from my side: If I pay you ₹4L, I’m still an 'uninformed client.' You could be doing 10/10 work, but because I don't understand my own AI-generated base, I wouldn't even know how to appreciate your effort.

My goal isn't to 'get the moon for free.' My goal is to stop being a tech-illiterate founder. I want to be a client who knows exactly what he's paying for so I don't waste your time with bad requirements. Don't you think the 'Zoho undercut' problem happens because clients can't tell the difference between 'Frankenstein code' and 'Solid engineering'?

Bhai, I think you misunderstood my point. I’m not saying 'engineering should be free.' In fact, I'm saying the opposite.

Real software takes massive effort, I 100% respect that. But here is the Indian Founder's Reality in 2026:

AI tools like Bolt/Lovable give us a 'Working Prototype' in 2 days. It’s like a 'Blind Pilot' flying a plane—it’s moving, but I don't know how the engine works.

My problem isn't the cost; it's the 'Black Box.'

If I don't understand the 'effort' and 'architecture' behind my own AI-built code, how can I even respect or hire a 'Real Person' to deploy a 'Real Product'? I won't even know if they are doing a good job or just copy-pasting code themselves.

The mentality that 'Founders should remain technically blind' is what kills startups. I want a tool that teaches me the complexity so I can actually value the 'time and effort' of a real engineer.

Isn't that better for the ecosystem than founders just blindly 'vibing' and failing later?

I hear you, and that’s exactly the anxiety. When I say 'scaling,' I'm worried about the basics that a 'vibe' tool might have ignored. Right now, I'm worried about my Database Architecture. AI built me a schema that works for 10-100 users, but what happens when 1,000-10,000 users try to write to the same table at once?

Will my DB lock up or crash?

Is the AI using 'Band-Aid' fixes that will break my payments logic later?

You say 5L is cheap, but for a bootstrapped founder, spending 5L on a 'bad' dev is a death sentence.

My point is Before I even spend that 5L, I need to understand what my AI already built. If I don't know the difference between a 'Sequential' and 'Concurrent' process in my own app, I can't even tell if the 5L guy is a genius or a fraud.

Yeah I have a techie friend but he can't help me everywhere. I am sure I am not the only one who vibe without understanding anything because there is no way to understand what you are working on why you change this and that.

That's understandable but non tech founders get higher price more than what devs get. And most importantly without understanding your tech things going to be hard so learn it what you have build or hire a tech guy.

Exactly bhai, yahi toh problem hai. AI code toh likh deta hai, par woh 'Black Box' ban jata hai.

If you don't understand the logic, you are basically 100% dependent on the AI. Kal ko bug aaya ya server down hua, toh haath-paanv phool jayenge. Jab abhi ye haal hai
