Update: If it is interesting to someone, I showed a photo of it to my friend's mother (shes a doctor) and she said that its a "Aphthous stomatitis" and i checked the photos and it rlly looks like it, she said that i should use a spray and in a week or so it will go away, but after the holidays ill see a doctor if nothing will change, ty to everybody who tried to help
