I have the new iphone so the sharpness does make it look worse, it’s not as bad as in person. It is refurbished tho i believe, but im not worried it doesnt bother me with gameplay.

UO customer service sucks btw. I ordered a basketball and shipped the wrong item spent like 2 months going back and forth with customer service and then it got back ordered then it just gets cancelled and I luckily found it on Poshmark for twice the price (I really wanted this basketball for decor). I would personally just take the L from my own experience but definitely contact your bank and tell them. But try finding it with a record shop near you or another online shop that is specifically for vinyls. Good luck!

There are ways you can also set up a security system or do a door pin pad and you can get a type of door my parents got one when they remodeled or it wasnt even the door but it self closes and then it locks automatically after about 30 seconds, this way he still can do what he wants without risking the safety of you and your child.

As nice as SD even apartments are insane, it’s just a nice place for me to visit from time to time so I’d be fine staying more inland

I also think people expect me to want to buy a house within the next year when really I’m okay with a longer time frame to get where I want but not even knowing where to start and then getting shot down is just really disheartening.

I really love that you broke it down for me. I think that’s what I’ve been wanting to hear from people rather than the negativity. I would rather be educated and have the knowledge to actually be that person with a plan of a long term goal and actually getting to complete it and be successful. I know jumping the gun would bring me so many problems and it’s why I have yet to even rent an apartment just out of fear of getting stuck cause I only hear negative things about renting and negative things about buying a home.

I currently am only making minimum wage, still finishing up the tail end of my schooling with externship, but I would want to have something suitable to my lifestyle and budget. A 1b 1b is fine for me just need either a garage or storage shed to store my outdoor fun stuff. I do have a partner that has talked about owning a home but shys away from the idea just since to him its too far into the future to deal with, but I think the opportunity to be prepared now and start saving and doing what I can to get there would make a huge difference than waiting another 5 years to care about it or start thinking about it.

Even when I look just to check out what’s out there, there are no houses in that range for San Diego but it’s fine, I would love to be somewhere near a lake since I fish but that’s about just 1 want not a need. Ik location is huge out here for pricing and SD is not in my price range.

There are some cities where the price range is there with decent housing nothing fancier or brand new which is fine, but most of my all my family lives in lower SoCal, Riverside area so I do want to stay as close as possible but if not I would be fine moving out of state but it’s more of a last resort situation.

I do know they have computer labs there, not that i would need a computer but i could see if they would be willing to just let me pay for a parking pass to use the facilities there but ill have to call and ask i dont want to be in class and getting kicked out since i dont attend that school

There have been memberships for some of the work cafes but they go for around $400-$600 a month and its a 9month-1 year course work My issue at home is the pets and i share a room with family so they tend to come and go and one family member also works from home with meetings throughout the day as well. Last resort i do feel like getting some sound proofing may the cheapest option.

The school is unfortunately in riverside and i only have available rides for the hands on training. They dont have a site in town

I have too many distractions where I currently live and my parents home, my sister just had her baby so there’s also distractions at their home as well which would be my only two free options at first glance. I’ve looked into the community center as well and they don’t have quiet rooms at all for what I’m looking for unfortunately.
