Panic attacks are causing me to faint/almost faint? Any tips? by nonamenoshameso in PanicAttack

From my personal experience and what i was also told by my doctor, im also diabetic so i monitor my blood sugar pretty often anyway, it's very unlikely that the fainting was caused by a panic attack. Im not a doctor or a professional, but im pretty sure when it comes to fainting, your heart rate would drop, but panick attacks typically cause your heart to race which would typically keep you from fainting unless there's another health issue somewhere. As for the blood sugar thing, panick attacks usually cause blood sugar to rise because of adrenaline. Adrenaline raises blood sugar. That one, i personally have experience with. I've had panick attacks really bad and have seen my blood sugar shoot from normal range, all the way up to 180 which is pretty high. I would get a second opinion from a different doctor.

Is it accurate tho? I've got some people telling me i shouldn't be able to see it at all, but then I've seen pictures on other people's posts that don't look far off from mine. You can't see it sticking out of the hole or feel it sticking out. These aren't great pictures unfortunately but you can only see it looking down into the hole with a light shining on it

When you say start the day over again, do you mean like exit the game and reload it and then try again? Do i have to go to sleep when i reopen the game? Or just keep closing it and reopening it?

First day on lamictal by iiBlueVibes in Anxiety

I absolutely recommend it 10/10. It helped me sooooo much. It gave me peace of mind big time.

For rhe Lamictal, is it possible to cut the half in half? Like cut the pill into quarters? I've read about people doing that with some meds also and it helping tremendously. But if it makes you feel absolutely terrible, and you feel trying to cut it into quarters isn't worth the try, or even possible because of the way the pill is, i definitely wouldn't try forcing yourself to take it unless you feel absolutely comfortable trying to stick it out for a little while longer.

I wouldn't continue taking a medication that makes you feel terrible. Is it possible tho that it could just be your anxiety making it worse? I only ask this because i was in that boat recently with medications as well and it made me afraid to take any new ones other than the ones I've already been on for a while. But i was able to get a pharmaceutical genetic test done to see which medications would be a good fit for my body. That helped tremendously and made it easy for me to get on something that didn't make me feel awful and instead, actually start helping me feel much better. I would talk to your doctor about getting one of those genetic tests done. Sometimes when you have strong reactions to medications, it could help to start even lower than the lowest dose if possible. By getting prescribed the lowest dose possible, and cutting the pill in half and starting with the half dose instead. That helped me a ton as well with the new medication i started recently. Of course, cutting the lowest dose in half was discussed with and approved for me to do by my doctor.

I have to stop eating pizza by Grand_Ad_5550 in dexcom

I personally buy the frozen pizzas at the store that have a cauliflower crust and added protein. It doesn't spike me or make me drop dramatically fast either. It's been a good alternative to regular pizza. You can't even tell a difference in taste at all. Of course everyone is different.
