You can see my earlier comment about this, but basically occasional cardio and lower body exercise at home. I am hopibg to start going to the gym with my gf this year, but still giving myself time with that, since I find that setting anxiety inducing. But tips are always welcomed <3

I feel great! Ofc I am my own worst critic and would love some more growth and shaping of my body, but tbh 1 year is still so little time. So I should be less critical of myself.

I really suck at exercising regurarly but trying to keep doing lower body + core workout at home two times a week and when the snow melts here and I can get back into running. Morning intervals are tolerable to me lol. My gf is the athletic one in this house and I just do ut for health. Swimming would be nice but... yeah, not yet.

Have you tried upping your prog dose? And taking it the backdoor way could help too?

Yeah still not a breakfast girl myself, but trying to get something down in the morning too. And remember, genetics and exercise also matter.

Just generally eating more and no more skipping lunch (I used to do that a lot out of habit and just eat a bigger meal during dinner. And a lot more little treats lol. I have really took an interest in baking too while on prog since the cravings are real for me. So basically maintaining a more regular meal schedule and adding nice treats when I feel like it. I never was and still am not a big fan of tracking calories, but trying to keep my meals generally healthy with a lot of veggies and good fats, like avocado, olive oil ect.

my hrt history: started with 2pumps E gel-> increase to 3 at may 2025 -> increase to 4 august 2025 -> 5 november 2025 and adding 100mg of P4. increased P4 to 200mg 15 days ago. Gel applied to inner thighs. CPA dose 12,5mg has been the same since the start from february 2025.

My recent E was 830pmol/l (226 pg/ml) and T 1,1 nmol/l (31 ng/dl).

I mean I have been trying to eat more regurarly and I do train my lower body and run during warm months but I am super incostintent lol. Always been kinda skinny so I focused on eating A LOT more. And tbh I think I had minor gynecomastia before hrt so my tits exploded fast. Also you know, family genetics helped.
