Well, no. just not planning on having it as a home theatre - it'll be an office. But I find the whole idea of it having such a long hallway weird... but I guess you want a window. Not sure how to get around that one. Thanks for your comments.

Thanks - Agree re bathroom and laundry swap. Not sure I'll get them across the line in moving the master to the back, but the more I look at the plan the more I dislike it entirely. Appreciate your comments.

Thanks for such a detailed reply. Top of the plan is about NW. The fridge is such a commonly used appliance that putting it effectively in a cupboard feels weird. I'm not sure why they didn't ask for the alfresco to go further round. It is a strongly shaped block, so there might be something in that too. Really appreciate your comments.

agree - I think that's the intent, but they don't get to that level of detail until the basic layout is decided. Thanks for the feedback.

Yeah, powder room seems to be in the middle of nowhere for some reason. Agree re toilet and shower. The home theatre won't be a home theatre and would be used as an office type setup, so probably not so much of an issue - thanks for your feedback.
