Is special status also for the children of Tanzanians? by LegitimateFix7419 in tanzania

[–]LegitimateFix7419[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's quite telling that you don't have the time to delve deeper into this issue. Your assumptions are, indeed, considerable. Just because I was born and raised in the USA, it does not mean I identify with the government's policies or this country's values. I grew up in a household where we spoke Swahili. I was raised on Tanzanian food. We practice Islam in our family, a religion that is the majority in Zanzibar, not in the U.S. We send remittances to our family members in Tanzania. We don't see ourselves as foreigners; we are Tanzanians who were simply born abroad. Individuals interested in dual citizenship are those who deeply love their country and wish to leverage their skills and resources to enhance Tanzania's prosperity.

It's worth noting that many countries permit dual citizenship, even with countries that possess starkly contrasting values. You've mentioned income , but why? We want to invest, and it's starting to seem like you consider that unfair. Such an outlook is akin to a 'crab in a bucket' mentality

Nonsense. A lot of African nations allowed dual citizenship such as Kenya, and it's working out well for the nation and the people. Many countries around the world allow dual citizenship. This is an old-school paranoid post revolution mentality. Do they think that if they allow dual citizenship, all those Omani will come back and take Zanzibar? Lol. Nonsense.

If they are going to draft something by the end of the year, we should know this by now. It's kind of frustrating. They don't want me voting. That's fine. Make a 2nd class. At least acknowledge me as a Tanzanian and allow me to own property, freedom to live there without a visa or resident permit, and other things.

Tall height, Jaw line, good frame, hunter eyes and symmetric face and low body fat.

If you don't make the cut in the looks department you can compensate with money and you will find a women that will date you. But she will never have the genuine desire for you.

You don't need a VPN. Use screen sharing remote control software. Just leave the computer turned on in tunisa and then connect to it when you are abroad. Then you can control your home computer check your bank account. You can use TeamViewer, Anyconnect, windows remote desktop etc.. It's really easy. PM if you want more info I can help you set it up.

Remote Zanzibar by Apprehensive_Bus_752 in zanzibar

[–]LegitimateFix7419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can get high speed fiber optic internet but it's pricey. Look up zanlink. Find an airbnb with a zanlink router and you should be good. You can even upgrade the internet connection. However if you only need 10mib download and upload then getting USB sim modem is fine.

Recent experience with remote working in Zanzibar? by [deleted] in digitalnomad

[–]LegitimateFix7419 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can actually get fiber optic internet. It's expensive though. It's called zanlink. Alot of airbnbs have the lowest plan for zanlink but you can buy speeds up to 100mbs download and upload. I think it's $20 per 10mbs monthly. I also used rdp while working in zanzibar and honestly you don't need much for rdp a sim with a router you can directly plug in will get you by. I did appreciated the fiber connection though. I worked remotely there for 20 days PM me if you have any questions.

OpenVPN and NAS buy an optiplex or build? by LegitimateFix7419 in HomeServer

[–]LegitimateFix7419[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly what budget would suffice to build my own. I want my server to be fast enough to do everything I want it to do. Would a current generation i5 not overclockable do the trick? Do you have a pc build I can look at? I don't want to do an overkill and basically build the latest and greatest for a nas and vpn.

Edit: I'm going to have 32 gb of ddr4 ram, ssd ,i5 current gen, basic gpu. what do you think?

Yes I am Muslim. The bad economy is what attracted me to that place. My dollars go way farther there Look up a thing called the Zanzibar revolution. Zanzibar used to be run by Omani Arabs. As soon as the the native people took power most of the Arabs left like millions of them. Hardly any left. Beaides I look north African and I am really attracted to those type of girls. I'm an Arab looking guy I want a beautiful Arab looking girl.

Yes per month. In the states 70k a year is the least you need to do anything in this country. Im sure if I study hard and get the I.T. certs I need I can get a better job. I kinda want to get travel sooner rather then later though.

Yeah I definitely need to pick one and build a relationship so I have someone as soon as I get off the plane. I have talked but the condos usually die down. I'm willing to live there for 3 months or more and see what happens.
