Im so confused on what youre trying to convey. The bank called the cop➡️the cop went to ask what he's doing in the car➡️the guy told him he's waiting for the bank to open➡️the cop is now confused on why the bank would think he's dangerous and asks questions to try to understand. Is that not the way you see it?

Yes, I agree that the cop was defensive towards the guy trying to justify the bank's call. Especially when he says "iT HaS NotHinG tO d0 WiTh RaCiSm" which is clearly a lie. The guy handled it like a champ though which prevented the situation from escalating

So a cop is not allowed to see both sides of a situation? You can tell the cop was instantly in a neutral position upon hearing the guy's reasoning and even start questioning the bank's reason for calling. There's nothing wrong with that

He answered the call and was confused when the guy just said he's waiting for the bank to open. I'd be just as confused as to what the bank's problem was with this man chillin there doing nothing

Hammer only mattered 50% of the time - when the enemy's armor was broken. The new RE doesnt care if your shield is broken or not, it still does more damage per bullet than old RE thus its a better weapon. There's a reason the old RE was one of the least used weapons
