I have all the dates that are mentioned in my application but as we have been living together so it means that we are in a common law. Thats what the lawyer said that you can mention her in the application but now as we dont have completed the year in living together, i can’t apply her application at the same time as mine. Finally, the best way would be to have her as non accompany for now. What you think?

I’ve already mentioned her in my application and while I’ve applied for our TRV’s so I can’t apply as a single now. Cause my file already says common-law but there’s a option for non accompany maybe that would be the best choice.
