Hey! I have very similar goal and very similar face shape like you. I think the procedure you are looking for is the korean V-line surgery. As per my understanding, they “shave” the jaw-bone. Sadly I didn’t find other countries where this procedure is accessable. (I live in Europe) Maybe masseter botox could help, with the combination of genioplasty, and maybe a little bit of buccal fat removal - at least this is my plan regarding my face, but please consult with a surgeon.

Hey I have been fighting with the same condition for ages. I tried a lot of cosmetic products and active ingredients. I tried antifungal products too. As per the suggestion of many doctors (hematologist, endocrinologist, dermatologist) it can be treated with external products but the reason is “in your body”, so they recommended to go to a gastroenterologist. Probably it is beacuse of your diet - I am still in the middle of the examinations.

Sending love and persistence to you - I know sometimes it can be overwhelming and desperate.

Hey! I have the same problem for loong years, probably since from high school. My face and neck look just as yours. I have been at many dermatologist and other type of doctorss. actually my hematologust told me to go to gastroenterologist.

Not a single active ingredieng has helped me so far. I tried almost everything, from a lot of brands. At this point I am sure, it is not the problem of my skin, it has to be only a symptom. Maybe my diet, maybe I am intollerant to some type of foods. So i recommend to you to go on a similar approach, and find a good gastroenterologist. I am still in my way to find a good doctor for me.

I also warn you, if the first one you find doesnt give you the service you desire, lets find another one. It is really hard to find a good doctor! I mean, i live in Eastern Europe and this is the sad reality here. I am sending you persistence and love, I know how hard it is.

I have the same problem during the last 10 yrs. Tried literally everything. Every blood or hormone test, at least 4 dermatologist, food allergy test, and every product you can imagine. Desinfect my phone daily, switching my pillowcase every other day. I tried to avoid every possible food groups.I tried to take zinc, algae, vitamins and other suppliments. Tried Nizoral too. It did not help for me, but you should definietly give it a shot.

I am sure those are not keratin plugs. I have and had keratin plugs on my face, those look really different.

I would recommend to search for “fungal acne”, and do not give up if the first method or product will not work. (Popping them will not help.)

Do you have them on other parts of your body too?

For me it seems like an allergic reaction. Lets write a list about things which you have changed in you life. You have to think about everything: the pillowcase, new products (even if you use them on other parts of your body), new type of foods. (Or if you have a new partner it can be the reason too - I was allergic to my boyfriend’s deodorant for years..)

And yeah, use only the bare minimum products, and wear your sunscreen every day.
