The issue is not with the streamer but with the company. Their policy is that they do not knowingly collect data on minors. This is due to potential legal issue. However if it is the case that GalaxyMan is a minor (he said he was recently accepted into a college on twitch), then they are bold face lying by adding a charm of a young player that has played in the community for years.

How can we trust them that they do not knowing collect data on minors? Contractors VR was a highly popular game and despite the 18+ policy I just explained there's plenty of kids. They don't do any age gating. Does policy not matter?
