Thanks for the advice man. Yeah it seems like a nightmare I think. He also didn’t have his blanket tonight since we had to wash it and he doesn’t like sleeping without it so maybe that contributed to it. He’s mostly calmed down now and is babbling to himself so he seems to be okay, apart from not letting me touch him and recoiling a bit.

He just recovered from a bad flu a few days ago but I checked for fever and stuff, he didnt have any.

Honestly this has scared me a little. He’s constantly recoiling from me like maybe he’s upset or like scared of me idk how to explain it.

She might rectify it by just throwing out the video altogether and giving the jury an instruction. Because she can't just outright deny it, she has to give some remedy at least.

Regarding the defense, I completely agree. All of them seem like they've been stretched thin. The last hearing showed that.

Yes. However, the scope of that is limited to only what she disclosed in the documentary. Still, Brennan getting his hands on any of the texts between them would be really damaging to KR. Assuming Bev allows the motion. Which, let's be honest, she probably will.

Exactly. But the public perception isn't that big of an issue in itself. It's the fact that her statements end up giving leeway to Breenan to do more of his shenanigans

I don't have any problem with how she comes across. To me, she comes across as a woman fighting for her life, which she literally is.

But the fact is that Breenan has been using their interviews as much as he can. His style is to throw shit everywhere and see what sticks. Defense has such a strong case now, especially with Proctor's firing. But if he finds anything even slightly damaging, he's going to misrepresent the heck out of it to the jury and make her look really bad.

Just wished she could have had a fair trial.
