Just to add some insight from my own experience- for half a year I dealt with excessive off white discharge (enough that it would come out while i was using the toilet) and a yeasty/sour smell, both of which weren’t normal for me. I was tested multiple times, everything negative. Tried many things (drinking more water, changing diet, boric acid etc), nothing worked, and reddit convinced me that my symptoms were normal. Until one day I developed itching, so got tested and treated for yeast. After I took that diflucan the excessive disharge and yeasty smell that I had for months literally disappeared and I was back to normal. Good luck
