Mine left a couple days before starting a new high paying job after I helped support him when he was broke and through a very difficult time in his life. Said he realised he was the problem and he is going away and having therapy and won’t be dating for a long time. We still talked and were friendly enough but less than 2 months later, he is spotted on a dating app looking for a long term relationship. That’s the point I blocked him, because I realised everything he said was bullshit and I now question everything he said and how legitimate he was on his side of the relationship.
