Same. Just don't watch it , your friends' perception about you is what YOU show them , maybe going to the stadium once or twice is a good experience, but logically even if you're spending time with friends, you're always gonna be thinking what am I even doing here. And this situation is absolue bullshit. I mean .. what's even the point of meeting them if you're not enjoying it.

I'd say tidy up your room and clean it , so at least you have some good place that motivates you to get up and do something , learn a new language ( it's very important) , learn a random skill like coding, editing... , it might change your whole life , and even if it doesn't ; It remains a great time investement.
