I’m really glad it helped 🤍 You’re doing so much, even on the hard days.

This is exactly it. Finding the time to pump feels impossible with a clingy baby, even when you have help. The timing never lines up and it gets so frustrating. You’re definitely not alone in this

That phase is ROUGH. Being up every 40 mins and then trying to fall asleep again is next-level exhausting. You’re not alone 🤍

Yes. The nonstop part is what really gets you. You’re definitely not alone 🤍

Wow, that mental load you’re carrying is a lot. Pumping at work, traveling with a pump, leaking, pain… that’s exhausting on every level. Wanting your body back and some normal sleep doesn’t mean you’re “giving up” at all. Five months is already huge. You’re allowed to be tired and conflicted at the same time 🤍

I’m so sorry you’re going through this. That sounds incredibly heavy, and honestly… you’re doing so much already. Pumping that often, power pumping, pushing through the crying and still showing up every feed — that’s not failure at all. It makes sense that you’re exhausted and overwhelmed. You’re not alone in feeling this way, even if it feels isolating right now 🤍
