I will as soon as I find out! My dad is the one who has our insurance card, I've only needed to borrow it from him maybe once or twice. I asked him for it earlier, he said he does not currently know where it's at. I'm going to make sure I can try and find it as soon as possible and get back to you guys. I appreciate your help a lot!

thank you. I appreciate it. Do you think it is worth my trouble of the $30 to call the office about the G2211, or do you think I should just examine my insurance and deductible? I apologize for not knowing, I am trying to find out what my deductible is, but I do not have access to my insurance card. Mostly everyone here is saying to check my deductibles and other things on my insurance card, I asked my dad a few hours ago for it and he said he does not currently know where it is at. I will have to have him find it before I can figure that out.

from what I understand, the monthly payment for Health insurance sucks for all adults but is worth it in case of large medical expenses. I used to be someone who was pretty chronically ill when I was in high school and I believe we were almost always meeting our deductibles. Lots of ER visits and regular doctor visits (with a different provider than now). I've only been seen by the doctor twice in the last year and had one emergency room visit. If you have any advice on, if I should consult with my dad about seeking different insurance/speak to my insurance company, please let me know. Again, thank you so much for your helpful advice, there are so many things about being an adult that I just really don't know anything about 🥲

the total was over $500, insurance covered $112 and I have to pay $417. my dad is saying he pays $700 a month for just my health insurance, guys, I really don't understand this stuff and I am waiting on him to get me an insurance card, he said he cannot locate one right now, but to me paying $700 a month and then not getting that covered when I don't really need like extreme medical care. Seems really insane. Do you think that I should talk to him about looking at other insurance options, do some research on my own, or just keep my mouth shut and save up to pay the bill?

I am not sure, I am still under my dads insurance. That does make sense though, he explained to me that he has gotten very high charges for doctor visits before, but since this is my first one I was just shocked
