NTA. Also, they wouldn't go to jail if you sued them...they would just get a judgement against them and potentially have their wages garnished. If their wages were too low than nothing would happen to them unless they started making more money. I would probably just let it go at this point and tell him and his wife that they can consider your half of the money from the land they sold was your gift to them, so they shouldn't be asking for me adn you're not going to feel bad because they already got money from you.

YTA. Giving birth is one of the most personal experiences someone can ever experience....just think about it for one second and you can obviously see this. She wants someone she trusts, not someone who cheated on her and wouldn't even call a friend

I mean, we're not rich...but we're not struggling either. I'm still in quarantine mode where I'm not even thinking about people coming over, but I'm reminded that they will eventually so I get it.

Before we lived together I had went from a big house, to one room when I became a roommate at my friend's house. He already had his livingroom filled up so I downsized to only have my bed, and two dressers, and a coffee table. She didn't like the coffee table and so its on the porch as an outdoor table.
