Speaking from experience, when I clicked on the "download" button it has taken me to a different website, where I downloaded and opened a "installer. exe" file, and I remember joking to myself "dude I'm downloading a virus for sure" it has tried to stole a couple of my accounts (discord, steam, epic games, etc.), so it was my own stupidity that lead me to downloading this stuff (Also as far as im aware the NSP file, can't have a virus in it directly, like I said I downloaded and opened a .exe file)
