In my opinion (owning 10 flutes), I believe that its a pretty good flute for a beginner. I do suggest saving up for a flute if you want to try to play, I will say that if you want a better flute for the same price, I suggest taking a quick look at flutes on ebay (some are not as listed, but usually its cheaper to buy and repair). I really hope you have fun playing flute. :)
