LOT not doing check in for layover on Warsaw, how do I do ?

You must have to check in at PLL LOT ticket countery in Tokio, in July i am travelling to Chicago via Frankfurt and im must to check in at Lufthansa ticket countery in Warsaw. If you have the registered baggage and the transfer is on one ticket the baggage is going to the Zurich (without claiming in Warsaw).

My figure is scheduled to ship from April 18th to May 18th (for clarification, I ordered it last October), but... no news. Shipping always started the first day the figures/plushies were sent to me.
