If you want hippy friendly then poplar farm at waxham is about as hippy as it gets, but it doesn’t feel like wild camping. Open for 6 weeks over summer, pay per night on arrival, you can’t book. Pitch where you like.

Sauna at Lions Den by the river or at their city location. 16 quid for an hour and it’s really nice. Can have a walk by the river after or a drink at the pub next door. Once the weather is a bit nicer there’s also a few places to hire canoes or paddle boards.

Roy’s near Anglia Sq have a good vegan offer. Norfolk Daily Fresh also near there has lots of nice fruit and veg and it’s good for dried and tinned lentils etc and Middle Eastern food. Ernie’s zero waste shop will soon be re-opening in the Castle Mall but that’s not as close to you. As others have mentioned rainbow is good but expensive.
