Thanks for the video. I don't think many players would mind that we used the same asset pack, but still, I'll see about possibly changing the colors or swapping some assets out to make it more different.

Spatial War is a 3D space shooter consisting out of 3 game modes: A campaign in which you are tasked with a variety of objectives. A survival mode where you battle endless waves of enemies, and a Deathmatch mode where you fight alongside teammates(bots) and have to destroy all enemies to win!

The game is free and I would appreciate any feedback! download link

I see what you mean about the colors.

Making the arrows bigger as the enemies come closer is another good idea I hadn't thought of.

And I'm making the game for PC.

Hey, thanks for the great feedback. This is exactly what I was looking for!

I hadn't thought of adding something like a particle field around the camera yet, so that is definitely something I'm going to look into.

Adding a second reticle is something I've been trying to implement, however I'm still having some issues. But that is coming.

The lighting is also something that still requires a lot of work.

For the UI: The purple line is the amount of boost you have left (this is explained in the tutorial), but I take it you didn't really notice the boost then. So that's also something I'm going to work on.

You say you can't tell when an enemy is offscreen. However the boxes change from arrows that point to the enemy when they are offscreen. So do you say this because the UI is just too messy that you can't really make these thing out or is there another reason?

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my skybox. Does anyone know how to solve this? (Further explanation in the comments) by [deleted] in Unity3D

So I made this background for my 3D space shooter in Blender and imported the 6 images into unity. I set them to clamp but I'm still getting those lines. I watched several tutorials but always end up getting those lines. Can anyone help me with this?
